Q: How do you send the jewellery?

A: 
We offer shipping by various carriers based on your shipping destination, products and speed. Delivery times and conditions are provided by the carrier and we are not responsible for any delays or disruptions caused by the carrier.

Please inspect all items upon delivery. If your package is damaged, please let the carrier know at time of receipt. If the damage is discovered after receipt, please contact us at (email address).

We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Customers must be aware that they may be liable to pay Import Taxes and Duties if value of goods ordered are of a value over their national import thresholds.

Q: What is the return policy?

A: Goods that are faulty or do not fit must be returned to the address below within 30  days of the item being received by the customer.
