All sizes, weights and measurements are approximate and are taken at their widest points and included for guidance only.
Our jewellery is handcrafted to a high standard, however normal wear and tear can affect the structure of the pieces. It is your responsibility to have the jewellery periodically examined and cleaned to ensure the structural integrity of the pieces. It is also your responsibility to insure your items against loss or damage.
We believe in producing timeless jewellery and stand by the quality of our pieces. We will refund or repair items returned to us within 4 months of the purchase date if there is a faulty defect. We reserve the right not to refund or repair for free your purchase if the item is damaged, shows wear and tear, has stretched to incorrect sizing or that there is evidence of unauthorised repairs or resizing taking place.
Our products are made to order and we do not offer refunds, however, we offer a full exchange when the item is returned unworn and within 30 days.
Please be advised that if we have the item you have ordered in stock, we will dispatch it the following day. If we don’t, it will be ready within two weeks. If you require your order for a special date then please make sure you let us know by email. You can contact us at acrolithosltd@gmail.com
For goods shipped outside the Uk, you will be liable for any local or importation taxes or costs due on your purchase. You may receive a separate invoice from our shipper with these additional custom charges.
